We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and expansion revenue for our Audit solutions portfolio (including engagement management, audit workflow, and disclosure/checklist tools) within accounting firms. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on consultative selling into complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and understands the audit and assurance software landscape.
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close — for a defined territory or named account list
Build and manage a pipeline of new logo and expansion opportunities within public accounting firms, corporate audit teams, and related professional services organizations
Develop deep relationships with partners, audit leaders, IT decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders to navigate complex buying committees
Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to a prospect's audit methodology, firm size, and regulatory environment
Partner with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Product teams to craft tailored proposals and ensure smooth onboarding after close
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM (Salesforce)
Stay current on audit standards, regulatory changes (PCAOB, AICPA, IFAC), and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
5+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience, ideally selling into accounting, audit, or professional services firms
Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sales cycles of 3–9 months
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills; comfortable engaging with partners and C-suite stakeholders
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline and forecast management
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Familiarity with audit, assurance, or accounting workflows and terminology is a strong plus
Experience selling SaaS solutions in the tax, audit, or regulatory compliance space is a plus
Existing network within public accounting firms or professional associations is a plus
Familiarity with Thomson Reuters or competitor audit platforms (e.g., CaseWare, AuditFile, Wolters Kluwer) is a plus
