    Delivery Alignment

    • Work closely with Sales and Service Product Owners to shape decision making to ensure effective execution of the roadmap within customer journeys.
    • Manage third party tools and external partner relationships as required, maximising opportunities to leverage additional features or capabilities for Business customers.

    Leadership

    • Ensure digital product strategy is clearly communicated and understood across the full team, and alignment to the broader business strategy understood.

    Who you are

    • Significant experience leading digital product strategy and product management with execution accountability across complex digital platforms (e.g. apps, portals, self-service ecosystems), with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and shape scalable, integrated solutions.
    • Strong understanding of business customer behaviour, enterprise technology and digital transformation
    • Proven ability to define product vision and roadmaps, balancing long-term direction with a strong focus on prioritisation, pace and delivering measurable value quickly.
    • Experience translating business and customer needs into clear digital product capabilities and priorities, and prioritising across multiple initiatives to maximise overall business value, with a demonstrated use of data and performance metrics (e.g. adoption, engagement, conversion, digital containment) to drive product decisions and optimisation.
    • Proven ability to challenge, influence and align senior stakeholders in matrix organisations, particularly across commercial, proposition, technology and customer experience teams, to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities.
