About the Job:

We are looking to hire an experienced individual with a passion for recovery (12 step model) who is up for a challenge!

This role is dynamic, and requires a large set of various skills. You would be running the show each day. If you're looking for a fast-paced career with great opportunity for advancement - this is an opportunity for you!

The job is demanding and requires long hours at the facility and to be on call when not at the facility. In other words, you must have an extreme passion for this work.

Starting pay is $95,000 with performance-based $5,000 increases every 6 months for a total of $105,000 at the one year mark (contingent upon performance).

Skills/Qualifications:

· Must know how to tie shoelaces. Yes, you will be tested on this one.

• Must have a valid RADT (minimum) or higher level certification (like a CADC) and CPR cert
• Must have prior experience operating a DTX/RTC facility
• Must understand DHCS and JCAHO regulations
• Must be tech savvy and have a solid understand of computers, software, Microsoft products and of course, Kipu
• Must be great with people - both staff and clients
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Must have a California drivers license to be added to our company auto-insurance policy to transport clients in company vehicles.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and well-developed critical thinking skills
• Must be willing and available to work every Saturday. Typical weekly schedule is to be at the facility Tuesday to Saturday

Pay day is EVERY on Thursdays

Job Duties:

This dynamic and complex role involves a wide variety of elements. We are looking for someone with excellent critical thinking skills who can quickly solve problems and implement solutions. In general, you will responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are understood and followed by all staff. You'll be responsible for training all new and current staff including the BHT's and the medical team members such as Nurses.

You will have authority over all staff and be responsible for all elements of the facility: Compliance, safety, clinical, medical, program schedule, staff schedule, hiring, staff accountability, vehicle maintenance, facility maintenance, food ordering and food storage, inventory, and more!

Note: we have a Compliance Consultant who completes all formal compliance documents and is available to help. You are responsible for ensuing logs are completed and compliance related paperwork such as temperature logs, fire drills, monthly rounds, vehicle inspections etc. is completed by staff at the facility.

You will be to go-to person for the staff. This position is much more than a 40 hour per week job. The staff will be calling you when you are not at the facility.

Clarification: this is NOT a job for a counselor. You will NOT be counseling the clients. Your primary role is to train staff to understand and follow company policies and procedures. This is a Management position.
