    Role Summary:
We’re seeking a Federal Solution Architect who plays a key leadership role in designing and driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions, specifically within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Working closely with the Program Manager, the Solution Architect functions as a liaison between the Federal client and the Thunder team, translating mission requirements into scalable architecture. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, strategic vision, and the ability to operate within the rigorous security and compliance standards of cleared Federal delivery environments.
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the overall Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment between mission objectives and technical architecture.
    • Develop high-level solution architecture and detailed design documents that comply with Federal standards and security requirements.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating technical discovery and aligning solutions with business strategies.
    • Partner with Technical Architects to ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and Federal compliance for Salesforce environments.
    • Mentor and lead development teams, Business Analysts (BAs), and QA resources to ensure the technical success of the program.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks and partner with sales/business development teams to accurately estimate the level of effort for Federal bids.
    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends—including Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and Agentforce—to provide innovative solutions for Federal clients.
    Qualifications:
    • 8-10+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
    • 3-5+ years of proven experience solutioning for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
    • Proven working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, including the ability to architect autonomous agents and generative AI solutions within a secure Government Cloud Plus environment.
    • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with advanced expertise in configuration, customization, and business process modeling.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.
    • Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in cleared delivery environments.
    • US Citizenship required.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Preferred Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
