Tides Family Services is a nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive, community-based supports to children, adolescents, and families across Rhode Island. As an “Agency Without Walls,” our services are delivered in homes, schools, and communities, meeting families where they are and helping youth remain safely in the community.
TOP is a high-intensity, community-based program serving youth ages 8–21 involved in child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health systems.
As Clinical Supervisor, you will play a central role in supporting a high-volume, high-acuity program through both clinical leadership and direct service. Tides Family Services is seeking a licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide clinical leadership within our Tides Outreach Program (TOP), an intensive, community-based program designed to keep youth safely in their homes and out of higher levels of care. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with complex cases, and wants to play a key role in supporting both families and frontline staff. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings.
