    We are seeking a passionate Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) to join our team and implement The Seven Challenges, a nationally recognized evidence-based model for youth and young adults.     What You’ll Do

    • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments with youth, families, and significant others
    • Provide in-home and community-based counseling aligned with the Seven Challenges model
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals
    • Support families in reunification efforts and promote stable commitments for children
    • Maintain crisis intervention, trauma support, and safety planning for clients and families
    • Track progress, drug screenings, and case metrics using the TFS ECHO platform
    • Uphold NASW professional standards and deliver culturally sensitive services
    • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and program reporting
    • Meet weekly service delivery expectations while ensuring quality and client engagement
