Key Accountabilities

Infrastructure Support and Maintenance

• Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage.

Project Implementation and Upgrades

• Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components.
• Participate in projects as required.

Documentation and Process Management

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures.

Collaboration and Vendor Management

• Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application development) and business partners to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
• Work with external vendors for infrastructure-related services and solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners as required, including regular interaction with external vendors.

Required Qualifications

Profile and Professional Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with current IT infrastructure technologies
• Strong proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health.
• Technical proficiency with Cisco/Meraki networking equipment and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365)
• Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware.
