    Overview
    As members of the Operations Team, we celebrate and cherish our clients by making sure they live the most seamless and personalized experiences. We uphold the utmost standards of operational excellence, always maintaining a neat & organized store and overseeing all retail & stock operations.

    Responsibilities:

    The Operations Coordinator takes the lead by performing all back of house operations in a Tiffany store. The Operations Coordinator has a passion for providing excellent client service and partners with store leadership on key initiatives which supports the team and drives sales goals. The Operations Coordinator is a key holder who acts as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable. Duties include coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, coordinating client service activities, and may open and close the store.

    • Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold the standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
    • Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and support team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures
    • Contribute to pristine store presentation and support the team with effective operational organization on all services to deliver an elevated experience (e.g., hospitality, personalization, service, catering, gifting, etc.) 
    • Be accountable for implementing the most effective operations, stock management and transfers movements, including cycle counts and inventories; support with various payment processes and security (omnichannel, service, cash etc.)
    • Support store opening / closing procedures (key holders)
    • Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment, centered on the belief that People Make the Difference.

    Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must currently be based in and hold authorisation to work in the Republic of Ireland.
    • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
    • Strong Analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Organized and detail oriented.
    • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A college/university degree.
    • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
