General Maintenance
Location: McCutcheon High School Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm Starting hourly rate: $25.26
Work under the supervision of Sarah Copley, Maintenance Manager, at the Operations Center.

Skills and knowledge required are as follows, but not limited to:
- Basic Plumbing, electric, and mechanical repairs
- 3 Phase power
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Pumps
- HVAC
- Commercial kitchen equipment
- computer knowledge
- Repair/Service of outdoor equipment
- Must be able to work with a variety of people
- Must be able to prioritize work orders
- Self-starter
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised
- Excellent attendance
- Have own basic tools
- Plow snow
- Must have High School diploma
- Available on emergency basis
- Climb ladder
- Use lift
- Lift 50 pounds
- Ability to erect and utilize scaffolding, man lifts/boom lifts
- Ability to read blueprints and control diagrams
- May have to enter confined space on occasion
- Must have valid driver’s license/good driving record
- Work outside in all types of weather
- All other assignments that are at the direction of the Maintenance Manager or the Director of Buildings and Grounds
