General Labourer - Custom Trailer Manufacturer

We are looking for a General Labourer to support our Production Shop in Tillsonburg.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing cleaning duties as assigned
• Support special projects as assigned by Production Supervisor
• Adhere to H&S rules

• A desire to learn new things
• High School education required
• Being mechanically inclined would be an asset
• Attention to detail and quality
• Willing to work overtime as required
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
• Ability to effectively, respectfully and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Work Conditions

• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
• Overtime as required
• On the job training provided

Regular hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00 am to 12 noon on Friday

The starting wage for this position is dependent on experience and training.  Upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period the candidate will be eligible to take part in our benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, Group RRSP and safety boot and clothing allowance.
