We are currently seeking both junior and skilled Aluminum MIG Welders to join our production teams at our Tillsonburg and Delhi facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on aluminum components for trailer frames, bodies, and assemblies.
- Use grinders, power tools, and other fabrication equipment to prepare, clean, and finish welded parts.
- Read blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with MIG welding (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in using grinders, angle grinders, power drills, sanders, and other shop power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in trailer or heavy equipment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with aluminum fabrication techniques and metallurgy basics.
- Basic math skills for measurements and layout.
