    • Background working with importers or within regulated industries (e.g. retail, food, beauty, healthcare) is highly regarded

    • Strong understanding of Australian Customs requirements, including documentation, COO and FTA frameworks

    • Exposure to quarantine processes and compliance requirements (BICON knowledge advantageous)

    • Experience with internal audits, compliance checks, and process improvement

    • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, data validation, working with large datasets)

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capability

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement

    • Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups

    Why Join TJX Australia

    • Collaborative, team-first environment with strong cross-functional partnerships

    • Opportunity to step into a broader importer-side role and deepen your expertise

    • Exposure to end-to-end logistics and trade compliance processes
