    What you’ll do

    As a Staff Engineer in Infrastructure Engineering, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of server and endpoint platforms across the enterprise. You’ll work on complex engineering initiatives involving firmware, operating systems, automation, and remote management technologies. You’ll be expected to proactively support platform improvements, perform deep troubleshooting of escalated issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

    We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with a strong DevOps mindset who understands the full stack of Wintel technologies and is passionate about building reliable, automated systems—not just supporting them.

    What you’ll need

    We value engineers who are curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. You should be comfortable owning medium-sized projects, contributing to larger initiatives, and supporting platform reliability and scalability through automation and DevOps practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Engineer solutions for server and endpoint platforms, including firmware lifecycle, remote management, and OS configuration
    • Develop automation and tooling using PowerShell and Python, leveraging version control systems like GitHub
    • Build and maintain infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
    • Contribute to integration and policy enforcement using Microsoft Active Directory
    • Perform deep troubleshooting of escalated issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and compliance
    • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions
    • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team
    • Ensure work aligns with enterprise standards, security policies, CI/CD practices, and operational excellence
    • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub/GitLab , Jenkins

    Primary expertise required

    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • PowerShell scripting and Python automation
    • Ansible for configuration management
    • Terraform for infrastructure as code
    • Packer for image creation and automation
    • CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab,  Jenkins)
    • Server firmware engineering, remote management, and diagnostics
    • Endpoint firmware engineering, remote management, and diagnostics
    • Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server and Windows client platforms)
    • Version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
    • Experience with DevOps principles and automation-first approach

    Additional expertise helpful:

    • Packer for image creation and automation
