Your Responsibilities
- Überwachen und Steuern des gesamtheitlichen und sicheren Prozessablaufes der Direktreduktionsanlage sowie der Einschmelzer
- Problemanalyse sowie eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen
- Fakultätsübergreifender kontinuierlicher Abstimmungsprozess
Your Profile
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung Fachrichtung Hüttentechnik, Metall inkl. mehrjähriger Erfahrung
- Gesundheitliche Eignung G20/ G25/ G26.3/ G30
- Grundkenntnisse in SAP, Word, Excel, Power Point, sind ebenso wünschenswert wie tiefergehende Erfahrungen im Bereich Steuern von Störfallanlage mittels PCS7
- Bereitwilligkeit zu Vollkonti Schichtbetrieb und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Phase der Inbetriebnahme (inklusive längere Auslandsaufenthalte)
- Englischkenntnisse wären wünschenswert bzw. die Bereitschaft entsprechende Kurse zu belegen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösungskompetenz, strategische Denkweise, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- PC-Grundkenntnisse
