Your Responsibilities
- Du entwickelst die bAV-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter und hast dabei stets gesetzliche Änderungen und relevante (interne) Richtlinien in Blick
- Du konzipierst und steuerst die Modelle zur Finanzierung und Sicherung von Pensions- und Benefits-Leistungen in cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzbereich
- Du analysierst und optimierst Versorgungsordnungen, Richtlinien und Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Du bereitest interne sowie externe Audits vor, dokumentierst Compliance-Standards und fungierst als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Du analysierst Pensionsverpflichtungen und die finanziellen Auswirkungen bei Planänderungen
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwirtschaft, Mathematik, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich betriebliche Altersversorgung und/oder Benefits
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Betriebsrentengesetz sowie Arbeits-, Steuer- und Versicherungsrecht
- Langjährige Erfahrung mit HR oder bAV Systemen
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Detailgenauigkeit.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
