Are you a detail-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional international environment? We are looking for a proactive and organised Office & Business Support Assistant to join our Legal team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student, preferably within Law, HR, Business Administration or Accounting, who has progressed beyond the early stages of their studies and is looking to gain valuable workplace experience while working closely with experienced professionals. As part of the Legal team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of administrative, operational and business support activities within an international business environment.

The position is offered on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) and provides flexibility around study commitments. This role is ideal for someone looking to combine their academic studies with meaningful professional experience.

In this role, you will support a variety of administrative, operational and client-facing activities, providing broad exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional services organisation. • Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming, organised and professional environment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and shipments.
• Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, both onsite and virtual.
• Assist with planning and organising internal events, team activities and office initiatives.
• Arrange business travel, including bookings and logistics coordination.
• Maintain filing systems, databases, records and tracking tools.
• Support the preparation of documents, reports and business communications.
• Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Manage office supplies, gifts and catering arrangements for meetings and events.
• Assist with document preparation, filing and general office administration.
• Support colleagues and clients with ad hoc operational requests.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, HR, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, with studies progressed beyond the initial stages of the programme.
• Available to work approximately 30 hours per week alongside studies.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools.
• Eager to learn and develop professional skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
