We are looking for a bilingual SPC Accounting Assistant Manager to join our rapidly growing SPC Accounting team in Tokyo, Japan. A successful candidate will be responsible for all duties associated with SPC Accounting (financial reporting, bookkeeping, transaction management, stakeholder relationship etc...), while also coaching and guiding junior SPC Accountants. SPC Accounting services
* Verifying financial information including but not limited to; monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, tax filings, online banking transactions, prior to submitting to clients
* Actively involve in coaching junior SPC accountants with preparations
* Ensure completion of tax filings and audits within designated timeline
* Assist managers in preparing presentation materials for a client pitch
* Engage in stakeholder relationship management duties by responding to client inquiries, and attending video calls/conferences as per requests
* Assist Manager or Director in leading the provision of high-level customer service on sensitive and complex items assigned entities and projects
* Other duties may be assigned
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 7+ years experience in accounting, preferably in real estate/SPC management/investment firms, or within BPO industry
* Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
* Fluency in Japanese (native level) and business-level English.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
