Supervisor - Accounting & Tax

As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a world class accounting & tax service to our clients in Slovenia. Since this is a senior role, you will stand as pivotal team member and assist the team with complex tasks, ensuring TMF’s clients are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations. In addition, you will also train and supervise our junior team members and contribute to other's development. 

Through work for various clients from different industries, you will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge of financial complexities. You will get industry best practice here and be up to date with the latest accounting standards and local legislations (TMF Slovenia is ACCA approved employer).

• End to end bookkeeping;
• Preparation of financial statements;
• Payroll processing: calculation of salary, taxes and contributions;
• Preparation of income tax return and VAT return;
• Review and clarify general ledger;
• Preparation of reports for the National Bank of Slovenia;
• Preparation of internal reports;
• Payment transactions;
• Participation in the job training, review and coordination of the junior members of the team;
• Keeping up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation;
