As an Engineer, you will become the part of the Global Technology Service teams, while ensuring a high-quality technology experience for our local colleagues in Ukraine. You will provide end-user support, maintain workplace technology, and help users make the most of TMF Group's digital solutions and services.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of IT, including end-user support, hardware lifecycle management, workplace infrastructure, IT service management, and user training. You will work closely with colleagues, vendors, and global technology teams to deliver excellent service and support business operations.
