    Month-End Close & Reporting

    • Prepare and post journal entries for assigned areas, including accruals, prepaids, and reclasses
    • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items timely
    • Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management and PE sponsor reporting
    • Identify and drive process improvements to shorten close timelines and increase accuracy

    Other

    • Support internal and external audit requests, including PBC schedules
    • Assist with integration of newly acquired practices onto accounting systems and processes

    • 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience; healthcare, physician practice management, multi-site services experience, or public accounting experience preferred
    • Private equity-backed or portfolio company experience a plus
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, particularly as it relates to revenue recognition
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both finance and clinical operations stakeholders
    • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling financial data
