Tomo Drug Testing is looking for a dependable, helpful IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technology support across our employee base and office locations. You'll be the go-to person for resolving computer, software, printer, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues - and a key partner in new employee setup and technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to and resolve employee IT requests - computers, printers, email, passwords, mobile devices, and basic networking
- Remote into employee computers to diagnose and fix issues
- Set up computers, phones, tablets, printers, and other equipment
- Install and maintain software, updates, drivers, and business applications
- Support Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive
- Handle IT onboarding for new employees - devices, accounts, and orientation
- Support office technology: conference room equipment, network switches, cameras, and related systems
- Coordinate with vendors on equipment, installs, and service issues
- Maintain IT documentation, equipment records, and support notes
- Travel occasionally to company locations for setup or on-site support
What You Bring:
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
- Comfortable supporting Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business apps
- Able to troubleshoot problems, learn new systems, and explain solutions clearly
- Strong communication, follow-through, and a patient, service-oriented attitude
- Experience with remote support tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin, MDM, Ubiquiti UniFi, or basic networking is a plus - not required
Physical Requirements:
- Safely and comfortably transition between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Remain on their feet for extended periods while performing specimen collection and related tasks
- Lift, carry, and transport testing materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 10 to 25 pounds
- Enter, exit, and operate a standard-size sedan or similar vehicle for travel to and from testing sites
- Perform duties that may require reaching, bending, or other moderate physical movements
