    Job description

    We’re looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Team Lead to join the Polish Sales team based in Warsaw. This role is a unique opportunity to help build a high-performing, Polish Sales Team at Too Good To Go. You’ll drive impact through coaching, developing, and scaling a fast growing team of Sales Specialists (360 Sales Specialists).

    The Role:

    • Coaching and Development

    • Demonstrates strong ability to coach others on core sales techniques including pitching, negotiation, closing and objection Handling.

    • Known for effectively teaching sales best practices to help individuals and teams grow.

    • Plays an active role in developing and delivering impactful sales training sessions.

    Leadership / People Management

    • Leads by example through both sales performance and professional conduct.

    • Communicates key messages clearly and ensures alignment across all team levels.

    • Practices active listening and runs thoughtful 1:1s and team presentations to support performance and engagement.

    • Comfortable setting expectations and having direct, constructive conversations around performance and behaviour.

    • Focused on building high-performing, motivated sales teams with a dynamic and collaborative culture.

    • Recruitment responsibilities in partnership with Talent Acquisition & your Sales Manager

    Sales Acumen

    • Clearly articulates the value, features, and benefits of products or services across various communication channels—verbal, written, and in-person.

    • Applies value-based and solution-selling strategies to meet diverse customer needs.

    • Brings strong sales management skills, with proven ability to drive KPIs across multiple channels.

    • Experienced in pipeline management and ensuring consistent sales momentum.

    Requirements:

    • You bring 2-3 years experience managing successful inside sales teams, with an ambitious mindset, a proven track record of high performance, and expertise in both SMB and mid-market sales.

    • Previous experience coaching sales teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments, providing tailored coaching and training to individual contributors across various experience levels, with strong expertise in value and solution selling.

    • You bring a collaborative mindset to every interaction, whether internal or external - and you invest in the success of others while approaching each situation with humility.

    • You actively engage in self-reflection, remain open and responsive to coaching, and demonstrate the resilience to move forward after tough losses or feedback.

    • You are data-oriented and work with KPIs to guide actions and keep track of team performance

    • You have full business proficiency in Polish (C2) with a strong command of English (C1)

    • Finally, you think in terms of “best in class” and believe deeply in your team and the organisation’s potential, and set clear plans to achieve ambitious goals.

    • Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce)
