BDM (Turkey)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Turkish payment methods:

  • Local bank acquiring

  • Cross-border acquiring

  • Alternative payment methods (APMs)

  • Wallet-based solutions (e.g., Papara-like models)

  • Fast transfers / QR solutions / P2P structures

• Negotiate commercial terms (MDR, rolling reserves, settlement cycles)

• Structure fee models for pay-in and payout flows

• Assess AML, compliance, and operational risks

• Work closely with Product and Tech teams during integrations

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships in Turkey

• Monitor regulatory and market changes

• Optimize cost of processing and approval rates

Required Experience

• 3+ years in PSP / payments / fintech

• Proven experience onboarding Turkish payment methods

• Strong understanding of:

  • Acquirer MDR

  • Scheme fees (Visa / Mastercard)

  • Cross-border fees

  • FX costs

  • 3DS flows

• Experience working with iGaming merchants

• Strong local network in Turkey

• Deep understanding of the Turkish high-risk payments landscape

• Experience with high-risk or crypto PSPs

• Understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes

Nice to Have

• Experience launching payment infrastructure from scratch

• Experience working in international corporate structures
