The Toronto / Dunedin Blue Jays are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individual, who is motivated to make creative content their career. This role will be responsible for aiding our graphics and social media team during Spring Training, while creating graphics and assets for the Dunedin Blue Jays Season

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit graphic content that is both original and in collaboration with the General Manager to best portray the Dunedin Blue Jays brand.
• Take photos during Spring Training and Dunedin Blue Jays games. Collecting action, fan shots, and proof of performance.
• Edit video clips, compilation videos, and other static post content for all areas of the business.
• Manage and organize all video, photo, and graphic content properly.
• Follow the Blue Jays content calendar and ensure creative requests are completed on time.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Jays Shop, Ticketing, Community Engagement, and more on creative needs.
• Build brand awareness and drive engagement through content that drives both awareness and attendance.
• Attend all team meetings, assist with team projects and outside events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite: Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Previous social media experience required.
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience is required.
• 1-2 years of photography experience is required.
• Required proficiency in video mobile and desktop editing tools, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with content publishing tools is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and innovate, with attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
