Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze product performance and user behavior across casino and sportsbook verticals to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs (retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, etc.).
- Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on player journeys, game performance, bonuses, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with Product Managers to evaluate feature impact, A/B tests, and new releases.
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer funnel and propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
- Support segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance user experience and revenue.
- Monitor competitor trends and industry benchmarks within the iGaming space.
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic digital products.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Experience working with event-based analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
- Understanding of casino/sportsbook mechanics, player lifecycle, and monetization models is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fast learning ability and innovative mindset.
- Experience in Python or statistical tools is a plus.
