GTM Lead

We are hiring a GTM Lead to own strategy and execution across positioning, launches, trader acquisition, and ecosystem distribution. You will design campaigns for new products and market moments, then carry them from the first idea through launch and measurement. You will spend time with traders, understand how they discover and evaluate new products, and build a repeatable outreach motion. You will develop relationships with KOLs, creators, communities, and ecosystem partners without turning the brand into paid noise.

You will work closely with the founders and product team to turn product capabilities, market data, and user insight into sharp narratives. You will know when to move quickly on a live conversation, when to build a longer campaign, and how to convert attention into active traders. ## **What we are looking for** * Chronically online on X, with strong presence in conversations and cultural moments in the crypto community * Deep knowledge of the Hyperliquid ecosystem, including its traders, builders, protocols, KOLs, market structure, and culture * Broad knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and a real interest in trading products, prediction markets, and market structure * A track record of designing and executing GTM campaigns with clear goals, strong distribution, and measurable results * Experience with direct outreach, community building, partnerships, or relationship management with traders and KOLs * Strong analytical judgment: you can define the funnel, measure campaign performance, learn from the data, and change course quickly * Extremely high ownership and comfort operating in an early stage startup environment ## **Why Totalis** * Define the go to market playbook for a new financial product category * Work with proprietary data and products that give you genuinely new stories to tell * Join an early team where strategy and execution sit together
