As a Project Coordinator at Toters fresh, your responsibilities include play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and maintenance tasks related to our warehouses, stores.
Responsibilities :
1. Project Coordination :
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects related to warehouses and stores.
- Coordinate with contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, and timelines to ensure adherence to established goals.
2. Site Supervision:
- Oversee day-to-day activities on sites to ensure compliance with specifications and requests.
- Provide guidance to maintenance teams, addressing technical queries, and resolving issues when required.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to plans and requests.
3. Maintenance Operations:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance for warehouses and stores infrastructure.
- Coordinate routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Supervise maintenance team and external contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective repairs.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to his / her manager on project status, including any challenges and proposed solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance activities.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
- A minimum 2 Years' experience in telecommunication/or network operations industry.
- Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
- Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who generates enthusiasm and builds effective working relationships.
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Self-motivated, hands-on critical thinker and problem solver.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn complex concepts.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and various engineering software applications.
