Overview
On-site Graduate Assistant position reporting to the Chair of Alternative Programs and University Partnerships
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Chair of Alternative Programs and University Partnerships to support day-to-day program operations
- Tracks emails from degree candidates
- Creates surveys and report on the data
- Gathers information on partner schools and potential partner schools
- Assists with the assignment and confirmation of instructors for each semester’s course schedule
- Assists with organizing program administrative and faculty meetings and recording minutes
- Facilitates communications across various Program groups, including candidates, faculty, and administration
- Creates/maintains email lists of course instructors, tracks record of candidate cases
- Coordinates paperwork for any Incomplete Contracts, grade changes, and grade appeals
- Organizes, maintains, and updates digital program file storage systems for program documents, syllabi, and resources for each course
- Upholds the missions and values of Touro University and the Graduate School of Education
- Fulfills other duties as assigned

- Data literate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook
Maximum Salary
USD $17.00/Hr.
