Location: This position is based on-site in Lebanon, KY. Remote work is not available. Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering project schedules and capital investments.
- Develop equipment and tooling specifications and oversee installation, startup, and production trials.
- Design and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, efficiency, safety, and productivity targets.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), process flow diagrams, work instructions, risk assessments, and trial reports.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, TS, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with injection molding, thermoplastic resins, rubber processing, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), conduct design reviews, and perform root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills.
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and Visio)
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
- Manufacturing process design and optimization
Physical & Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment.
- Frequent standing and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
