Toyon Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Advanced Concepts flight test team within the Aerospace Systems Group. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles with the ability to take ideas from concept through design, build, test, and delivery.
This role is focused on prototype mixed-signal embedded hardware and offers the opportunity to contribute across all phases of product development in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform system analysis, develop architectures, and create detailed electrical designs of advanced avionics and aerospace systems Design and build mixed-signal and embedded system circuits and custom PCBAs Drive hardware development from initial concept through fabrication, integration, and delivery Troubleshoot and resolve complex or unusual engineering challenges under tight timelines Collaborate across disciplines on multi-project teams Prepare and present technical material for design reviews Work effectively under evolving requirements in a fast-paced prototyping environment
