This is a highly engaged, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in hospitality, and thrives in a small-team setting where everyone leads by example.

    Seasonal Availability:
Our peak season runs May through September. Ideal candidates are available for the majority of this period; flexibility at the start or end of the season may be considered.

    • Answer phones and respond to emails promptly, providing helpful, knowledgeable assistance

    Reservations & Coordination

    • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Maintain up-to-date guest information in the reservation system
    • Communicate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and timely guest readiness

    Breakfast Service & Morning Operations

    • Prepare, set up, monitor, and break down the daily continental breakfast service
    • Ensure breakfast areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service
    • Engage with guests during breakfast, anticipating needs and reinforcing a warm, attentive atmosphere

    Guest Experience & Problem Solving

    • Assist with room changes, special requests, directions, and curated local recommendations
    • Address guest concerns thoughtfully and efficiently, escalating when appropriate
    • Take ownership of the guest experience, understanding intent and finding practical, service-oriented solutions

    Administrative & Operational Support

    • Maintain an organized and presentable front desk and public areas
    • Assist with light administrative tasks, mail/packages, and daily logs as needed

    Safety, Security & Emergencies

    • Monitor access to the property and follow established security procedures
    • Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, supporting guests and team members

    Skills & Abilities

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
    • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong service mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities throughout the day
    • Proficiency with computers, phones, and basic office equipment
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team

    Working Conditions & Physical Effort

This role is active and physical in nature. Requirements include extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working indoors with standard hotel equipment. Morning shifts may begin early to support breakfast service.
