Admissions Representative – Multiple Locations in Florida

A recognized higher education institution is seeking results-driven professionals with experience in sales and customer service to join its Admissions team.

The Admissions Representative will guide prospective students throughout the admissions process, helping them explore academic options and take the next step toward achieving their educational and career goals.

Available Locations

• Kissimmee 
• DeLand
• Orlando
• Tampa

Compensation and Work Arrangement

• Pay: $21.63 per hour
• Work arrangement: On-site
• Required education: Associate degree

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students by telephone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide information about available academic programs and admission requirements.
• Identify each prospective student’s educational interests, professional goals, and individual needs.
• Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and provide excellent service.
• Accurately document interactions and update applicant information in the corresponding systems.
• Meet established enrollment, follow-up, and performance goals.
• Participate in recruitment activities, orientations, open houses, and institutional events.
• Collaborate with other departments to support a smooth admissions experience.

Requirements

• Completed Associate degree.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and provide effective follow-up.
• Results-oriented mindset and comfort working toward established goals.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
• Availability to work on-site at the selected location.
