What Will You Contribute?

We are at the stage where it is critical to have adoption across all functions, at a scale that realises the full benefits of AI in our enterprise use cases. Buying tools is the easy part — adoption is where most AI programmes quietly stall. We need someone to get AI into the daily work of 1,400 people: running the training, the champions network and the internal comms, and measuring whether any of it lands.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run the AI upskilling programme across tools and roles.
• Coordinate the AI champions network, ensuring contributions are cross-disseminating
• Track adoption and usage, and report on what is working.
• Own internal communications for every rollout.
• Partner with HR on how roles change with AI.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years in enablement, learning & development, change or adoption for digital or AI tools.
• Experience training non-technical teams on AI tooling with measurable adoption.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable operating self-directed in a blank-page environment.
• Bonus: fintech or B2B context; experience running a community or champions network.
