Position: Card IT Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Card IT Manager to own the technical delivery of our card products. You will be directly in charge of the cards backlog and a dedicated engineering team, acting as the product owner for everything card-related from processor integrations to feature delivery. You will report to the CPO, who oversees the function at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the cards technical backlog end to end
- Lead and manage a dedicated card engineering/development team
- Act as product manager for the card platform — roadmap, requirements, delivery
- Design and maintain integrations with card processors and card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Manage APIs and services connecting cards, wallets, and the trading platform
- Translate business and compliance requirements into technical specifications
- Coordinate with Card Operations on issuance, transactions, and reconciliation flows
- Ensure platform security and compliance (PCI DSS, data protection) at the technical level
- Oversee testing, deployment, and monitoring of card systems
- Manage incident response and resolution for card-related technical issues
- Report delivery status, risks, and technical metrics to management
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in payments, card processing, or fintech systems
- Experience managing engineering teams and technical backlogs
- Understanding of card scheme integrations, APIs, and payment infrastructure;
- Knowledge of PCI DSS and secure development practices
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payment platforms (forex/CFD brokerage experience preferred)
- Strong ownership, prioritization, and problem-solving mindset
