We are looking for a Customs Rater to join our Bogotá team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build and grow their career in customs and international logistics, while gaining exposure to import transactions across multiple modes of transportation in a fast-paced, international environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous exposure to customs clearance, customs brokerage, international trade, or logistics
• Knowledge of HS codes / tariff classification
• Familiarity with import and transportation documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• A proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

• Experience with CargoWise
• Experience with CSS (Customs Software Solutions)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the customs release and compliance process for import shipments
• Review commercial invoices and transportation documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Process customs entries accurately and within established timelines
• Support HS classification / tariff coding
• Work with air, ocean, and ground transportation documentation
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation or customs-related issues
• Maintain accurate shipment and customs information in internal systems
• Ensure compliance with established customs procedures and requirements
