Your Part in It:

Working out of our Chicago office, we are looking for our next U.S. Customs Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support on U.S. Customs inquiries, documentation, clearance issues, and general customs requirements. You will work closely with our customs operations and technical teams to resolve shipment issues, provide guidance to clients, and help ensure customs requests are handled accurately and efficiently. You will also monitor client activity, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate records in CargoWise while escalating more complex customs matters to the appropriate technical resource.

What the Job Entails: 

What We Are Looking For: 

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically in U.S. Customs brokerage or customs services.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs import processes, documentation, and clearance requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience with CargoWise is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, client service, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customs-related requests.

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
