Accounting Manager (Cauc) - GE

General Accounting

• Manage and oversee general ledger accounts and journal entries in QBO - https://quickbooks.intuit.com for Trans Globe Georgia and Azerbaijan entities with the support of country tax teams.
• Record payroll entries for 5 employees.
• Checking if transactions are correctly categorized into the general ledger.
• Apply VAT to 200 monthly invoices auto created in QBO.

Reconciliations

• Perform account reconciliations excluding cash, supplier and customer accounts.

Regulatory online filings & compliance

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, and company policies.
• Manage and oversee tax compliance, including VAT, payroll tax, and corporate tax filings with the country tax teams.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Manage and oversee regulatory online filings compliance which are done by country tax teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a global business network
• ACCA certification
• Bachelor or higher degree
• Minimum B2 English level
• Advanced Microsoft Office level
• Experience in global accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.
