Call Center Agent

Your Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Transat by answering incoming calls from customers and travel agents (reservations, flight changes, etc.).
• Promote Transat products and services (e.g., seat selection, baggage, special services, insurance, and more).
• Assist customers with navigating our websites.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, active listening, and professionalism.

• Personalized training and onboarding to help you master our products and systems. Two to three days onsite will be required during the training and onboarding period.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using computer tools and working with multiple systems.
• Day position: Variable schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week, operating 7 days a week, with shifts that may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., based on preferences, availability, and seniority.
• Minimum of one year of call center experience.
• Experience in the travel industry is considered an asset.
• Recognized for delivering excellent customer service.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.*
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered an asset.

* A strong command of French is required for positions located in Quebec. The person in this role will be required to communicate frequently, both verbally and in writing, in English with colleagues, customers, or other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
