    Position Summary

    The Southeastern Biomedical Associates Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and business development of Fluke Biomedical products and multivendor calibration services provided by Transcat biomedical companies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, delivering technical product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
    • Promote and sell Fluke Biomedical and Raysafe products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Hospitals, Independent Service Organizations and Physicists.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
    • Provide technical product knowledge, post-sales/job follow-up.
    • Track customer activity, job performance, and equipment feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with customers and Fluke Biomedical and Transcat calibration services to ensure timely product and service delivery as well as client support client support.
    • Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing in line with company guidelines and customer requirements.
    • Attend industry trade shows, client meetings, and field visits to strengthen client engagement.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular reporting to management.
    • Model the Company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.

    • Collaborate with Transcat biomedical service companies and Fluke Biomedical to ensure timely product delivery and client support.
    • Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing in line with company guidelines and customer requirements.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular reporting to management.

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
    • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

    • Monthly and quarterly sales revenue
    • New account acquisition
    • Customer retention and satisfaction
    • Quote-to-order conversion rate
    • Market penetration in target regions
