Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting Supply Chain Lead in daily tasks such as production planning, scheduling and other task assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Review open customer orders and plan up materials to fill customer orders by due date
• Support production planning of blown lines and cast
• Maximize utilization of material in production
• Maintain min/max levels required if applicable
• Other clerical duties as required such as filing
• Cross training in other areas as required
• Support to the Supply Chain Lead

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in production planning, preferably in extruding, slitting and/or plastic industry
• Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must possess good problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Some experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint
• Must be dedicated to continuous improvement
• Willingness to work as team member or independently
