The salary range for this position is $22/hour to $24/hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Shift Schedule: Schedule is subject to change

Day Shift : 5:00AM-5:00PM (2-2-3)

Night Shift: 5:00PM-5:00AM (Wednesday to Tuesday, 1 week on, 1 week off, shift work)

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

• Operate and maintain production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities
• Handle, move, and organize materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and report any concerns promptly
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support production schedules and work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets
• Participate in 5S, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives designed to enhance business performance
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues
• Perform equipment operation and material handling tasks, which may include: weigh scales, stretch wrappers, forklifts, clamp trucks, BT lifters, Raymond Reach trucks, roll handling equipment, stackers, inserter and bindery equipment

• Basic computer skills and comfort working with technology and production systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across shifts
• Willingness to learn new equipment, technologies, and processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with regular lifting of up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
