    Skyline - License Practical Nurse (LPN) - On-Call/PRN

    to join our team!

    The pay for this role is $45.00 to $48 per hour DOE

    Do you have a passion for people, and are looking for a reliable, enjoyable time role where you will be valued?  If so, we can’t wait to talk with you!  We have an exciting opportunity at Skyline, a Transforming Age community.  This position includes accrued sick time in accordance with state and company policy along, with other unique perks.

    We have a fantastic opportunity for an Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! This role is a vital part in the care of our residents and and to be a valued member of our community! We look forward to learning more about how, together, we can Transform the Perception of Age!

    Our Licensed Practical Nurses:

    • Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.

    • Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.

    • Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs

    • Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted

    • Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete

    • Attend meetings, trainings

    • Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    What you need to succeed!

    • Be a graduate of an accredited LPN Program

    • Have an active LPN license in the state, in good standing

    • Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)

    • Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.

    • Have knowledge of DHS Regulations

    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.

    Physical Requirements:

    • · On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75lbs.
