Job Description:
The NOC Engineer will be responsible for:
Monitoring the network, transactional systems and IT infrastructure performance identifying any irregularities or issues to maintain the expected performance and availability of the services.
Executing daily operational activities required to manage IT services and the supporting IT infrastructure.
Orchestrating the resolution of the incidents related with our operational platforms in a timely and efficient manner, managing the communications both with clients and internally using the established channels.
Performing first level of support for service requests and incidents.
Proposing improvements in regards to monitoring, incident management and service desk support.
What You Need To Have
Studies in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT or other relevant field.
3+ years of NOC experience in high transactionality platforms and 1+ years in incident management.
Experience with at least 2 of the monitoring and visualization tools Grafana, DataDog, Nagios, Looker, Pandora.
Believe that the mission of building financial infrastructure for Latin America is worth pursuing, and are motivated by reducing the complexity of the existing landscape.
Are comfortable with goals that are ambiguous, and can help drive them towards clarity.
