Position Overview:
The Niche Talent Headhunter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates for specialized, hard-to-fill, and high-volume hiring needs. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify active and passive talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates within aggressive hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates for niche, specialized, and high-volume positions.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct targeted outreach and initial candidate screening.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Track pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting results.
• Provide talent-market insights for difficult-to-fill positions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or headhunting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
• Strong direct sourcing, candidate outreach, and networking skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Education/Experience

· Associate degree in Business Studies or Human Resource or related field, or 3+ years proven experience in Recruiting
