Zur Verstärkung unseres Servicebereichs suchen wir Sie als Technical Manager (m/w/d) Bereich Service & Trainings. In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die fachliche Weiterentwicklung technischer Servicekompetenzen, Trainingsstrukturen und Qualitätsstandards im regionalen Serviceumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Sicherstellung eines hohen technischen Niveaus in Service und Installation, der Weiterentwicklung praxisnaher Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen sowie der Begleitung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen im Feld.

Die Position verbindet strategische, konzeptionelle und operative Aufgaben und erfordert ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, technischer Urteilsfähigkeit, bereichsübergreifender Abstimmung sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Vertrieb, technischen Schnittstellen und dem Hersteller leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Servicenetzwerks, zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Servicequalität und zur Stärkung technischer Standards in der Region.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die fachliche Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Training Centers sowie der zugehörigen technischen Funktionen
• Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung technischer und qualitativer Standards in Service und Installation
• Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Trainings- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für technische Teams im Feld
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen, kritischen Kundenfällen und qualitätsrelevanten Themen
• Coaching, Wissenstransfer und praxisnahe Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Installationskompetenzen
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technisch anspruchsvollen Kundenanfragen
• Weiterentwicklung des Warranty-Bereichs sowie Begleitung technischer Abstimmungen mit dem Hersteller
• Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung operativer Abläufe, der Reduzierung wiederkehrender Reparaturen und der nachhaltigen Steigerung der Servicequalität
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceleitung und angrenzenden Bereichen bei der qualitativen Weiterentwicklung des regionalen Netzwerks
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung operativer sowie Health-&-Safety-relevanter Themen im technischen Umfeld

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Transportkältebranche sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Transportkältesysteme und technischer Service- und Installationsprozesse
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Begleitung, Unterstützung oder Weiterentwicklung technischer Teams
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
• Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen in praxistaugliche Standards, Trainingsansätze und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zu überführen
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten
• Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und gängigen digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Technische, mechanische oder elektrotechnische Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zu standortübergreifenden Einsätzen und Flexibilität im operativen Serviceumfeld

To strengthen our Service division, we are looking for you as Technical Manager (m/f/d), Service & Training. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional development of technical service capabilities, training structures, and quality standards within the regional service environment. The focus is on ensuring a high technical standard in service and installation, further developing practical qualification measures, and supporting complex technical issues in the field.

The position combines strategic, conceptual, and operational responsibilities and requires a high degree of personal responsibility, technical judgment, cross-functional coordination, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Through close collaboration with Service, Sales, technical interfaces, and the manufacturer, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of the service network, the sustainable improvement of service quality, and the strengthening of technical standards in the region

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the professional support and further development of the Training Center and its associated technical functions
• Ensuring and continuously developing technical and quality standards in service and installation
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing training and qualification measures for technical field teams
• Providing technical support for complex technical issues, critical customer cases, and quality-related topics
• Coaching, knowledge transfer, and practical development of service and installation capabilities
• Supporting Sales with technically demanding customer inquiries
• Further developing the warranty area and supporting technical coordination with the manufacturer
• Supporting the improvement of operational processes, the reduction of recurring repairs, and the sustainable enhancement of service quality
• Close collaboration with Service Management and adjacent departments in the qualitative development of the regional network
• Supporting the handling of operational as well as health-and-safety-related topics in the technical environment

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the transport refrigeration industry, as well as very good knowledge of transport refrigeration systems and technical service and installation processes
• Experience in the professional guidance, support, or further development of technical teams
• Strong technical understanding and a high quality standard
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical standards, training approaches, and improvement measures
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and coaching skills, as well as a confident manner
• High service and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common digital work tools
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Technical, mechanical, or electrical qualifications are an advantage
• Willingness to work across locations and flexibility in the operational service environment
