CDL-A Local Reefer Driver – Arcadia, FL (Night Route & Home Daily)
Looking for a local reefer route out of the Arcadia grocery hub that gets you home to your bed after every single night shift? We are hiring dedicated drivers to service Southwest Florida with consistent freight and reliable schedules.
The Pay & Schedule:
- Take home a steady $1,250 to $1,350 every week ($65K to $70K+ per year).
- Earn via an experience-based CPM scale from $0.43 to $0.51, plus $10 per stop and $30 short-haul pay for runs under 90 miles.
- Full medical, dental, and vision plans start after 30 days, plus accrued paid time off.
- Choose between a Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday night shift schedule, with standard weekend and holiday availability.
The Work & Equipment:
- Cover roughly 2,200 miles a week across two daily runs moving temperature-controlled grocery freight.
- Slip-seat modern, well-maintained reefer day cabs.
What We Require:
- Entry-level drivers with 120+ hours of accredited CDL school training are welcome, along with experienced drivers (6+ months OTR in the past year or 12 months over the last 5).
- Must pass a standard DOT pre-employment screening, including both a urine test and a hair follicle test.
