- Structure: High-mileage split pay plus up to a 3% safe and on-time bonus.
THE ROUTE & FREIGHT
- Origin & Territory: Anchored in Gilroy, CA, hiring drivers within 100 miles of Gilroy or 100 miles of Colton, CA.
- The Haul: Pick up in Gilroy, CA, deliver to distribution centers across IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, and FL, and haul return loads back to California.
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight featuring live load and live unload operations.
SCHEDULE, GEAR & QUALIFICATIONS
- Hometime: Dependable schedule offering home time every other week.
- Equipment: Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' reefers. (Note: Southern CA residents must provide personal transport to/from the Colton yard).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of recent driving history within the last three years (36 months).
- Screening: Pre-employment DOT safety protocol including both a standard urinalysis and a hair follicle drug analysis.
