- Minimum Guarantee: $1,400 gross weekly (requires 5.5 day dispatch availability and clean service/safety record).

- Structure: Mileage scale from $0.60 to $0.87 CPM based on verifiable experience.
THE ROUTE & FREIGHT
- Origin & Territory: Dispatches out of Ocala, FL covering Central and South Florida (including Miami, Fort Myers, the FL Keys, Tampa, and Orlando).
- The Haul: 3–4 turns per week with 3–5 stops per load for retail store dispatches.
- Freight Type: 100% dry freight requiring physical hand offloading using store rollers (boxes weigh up to 50 lbs; no lumpers/pallet jacks).
SCHEDULE, GEAR & QUALIFICATIONS
- Hometime: Weekly 34-hour home reset.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving history within the past 6 months.
- Qualifications: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physical capability to handle repeated 50 lb manual offloads.
- Screening: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check, plus standard pre-employment DOT urine and hair drug screenings.
