- The Financials:
- Weekly Gross Average: ~$1,300 (~$67,600 annualized target).
- Pay Structure: Competitive sliding scale CPM based on your exact experience tier.
- Schedule & Home Time:
- Home Time & Rest: Structured rotation schedule featuring a guaranteed weekly 34-hour reset. (Note: Drivers run their full clock and utilize sleeper berths during runs).
- Route & Cargo Specs:
- Weekly Mileage: ~2,100 miles on high-volume regional lanes.
- Territory: Operating out of Wilmer/Hutchins to Abilene, Paris, Georgetown, Pineville, and newly awarded long-haul lanes.
- Freight Type: Intermodal containers via drop-and-hook, preloads, and occasional live loads.
- Who We Are Looking For:
- Licensing & Age: Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience: At least half a year of solo tractor-trailer seat time within the last 12 months, OR a full year of OTR/regional background accumulated over the past 5 years.
- Residence Territory: Must live within 40 miles of zip code 75172 (Wilmer / Hutchins area).
- Compliance: Clean MVR, background check, and passing scores on DOT physicals and mandatory hair & urine drug screenings.
