This role supports sales performance, consumer engagement, merchandising execution, and operational consistency while helping create a welcoming and elevated retail environment. You will collaborate closely with store leadership and team members to support retail success and strengthen consumer relationships.

Elevate the Consumer Experience

• Deliver exceptional consumer engagement and personalized service that reflects the Travelpro brand
• Support sales goals and KPI achievement through effective selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Build strong consumer relationships while maintaining a welcoming store environment
• Assist consumers professionally while resolving questions and concerns
• Represent the Travelpro brand, products, and consumer lifestyle with enthusiasm

Support Store Operations & Team Collaboration

• Partner with store leadership and team members to support operational and consumer engagement goals
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation standards
• Complete operational tasks accurately while following company policies and procedures
• Support store readiness, operational consistency, and additional initiatives as assigned
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative retail culture
